RH is back, with a Vegetable.
After an unsuccessful merger between RH and Compromise the majority of the core have returned to rebuild and restore Raspberry Heaven back to it's former glory of pushing steadyily forward through 25 man content.
With that in mind;
Raspberry Heaven is recruiting for Ulduar 25 raiding.
Raspberry Heaven is an Alliance raiding guild on the Blackrock PvP server. The majority of our members are from Australia and the surrounding regions, however we have our share of insomniac americans. RH is a friendly, relaxed and focused guild. We have many great players, and are looking at expanding this. Raiding and Progression is main focus, but the occasional PvP isn't all that bad either. During TBC we cleared all content from Kara through to the blinding lights of The Sunwell.
Raspberry Heaven's Progress* in WOTLK Patch 3.1 so far:
10m: Cleared all to General Vezax - expect Vezax and Yogg down shortly.
25m: Cleared all to the Watchers, Freya down, working on Mimiron/Hodir/Thorim
* Joint raids with Valor Grande

Our current raids start at around 7:30pm AEST (Melbourne time) and usually run til approximately 11:30pm, however is sometimes extended til midnight. We raid 4 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday). Leaving Friday and Saturday free to do anything you wish.
We currently have a couple of 10 man groups clearing the majority of Ulduar on off nights and should you be invited would be more than welcomed to join in! As numbers rebuild more 10 man groups will be composed and we'll get as many people through there as possible. Alt runs are also being planned for the future.
Just to reiterate, we are looking for exceptional players to solidify our raid core to continue progressing at a steady pace from what was familliar during TBC.
If you have any further questions, send any of the officers a tell in game and they'll be more than happy to assist you with your needs.

// Illidan dies, Maiev emos, Akama gets down and funky
And so, after dealing with quitters who didn't want to deal with the wipes on new bosses, ninjas who wanted loot no matter the cost to the guild, a dodgy server which dies right on raid time and good old-fashioned retards, we finally got a solid, reliable core raiding group and did what we all wanted to do; clear BT and kill Illidan.
Grats to Isabelle, Epicure and me for T6 chest, Talho for melee DPS ring, and Vizzard for the coolest looking cloth caster DPS helm in game! As usual, our first drops were rather underwhelming, but oh well!!
As promised, a more organised killshot - thanks to Snuffie!
As GM, I suppose I have to say something more meaningful, since it's a major kill or something. I'm not really a rager or a vindictive person, so I think I'll focus on our positives.
Firstly - to William, aka Eternia/Saki, our fantastic Raid Leader and (essentially) Co-GM. From our chain wipes on Curator to our cry-fests on Leo, from our Kael p1 wipes to our soul-draining deaths on Archi due to Air Bursts - you have been our greatest assest, our best example to follow, and I'm glad that you took us all the way to Illidan :)
Secondly - to all of our "core" raiders. Not just the ones who have been here since our weekly Kara runs involving the first 20 guildies; to any raider who has joined and stayed with the guild, raiding the 3 nights per week, striving to gear themselves up outside of raids, learning the encounters, and basically raiding to see the content, not the loot. Without you, the dream we had at the start of BC that was RH would of never of come this far. Thanks for coming along, and for sticking around, for both the good times and the bad.
Finally - to all the people of RH. Not just the raiders, not just the lvl 70s, but everyone who has ever been online and played WoW with us. If RH was a toilet of a guild, none of us would be having the fun that we have experienced, and there's no way we would of gone as far as we have. Thank you for being cool people to play with!
See you all in Sunwell Plateau!!
// Keep Yourself Alive.mp3 ARCHI DOWN~
1 random component = not so bad
2 random components = livable, but not fun
2 random components working together to FUCK YOU OVER SO MANY TIMES ARRGHGHG IS PAIN
Anyway, after downing Teron, we decided that we should have some Archimonde attempts. Over a couple of nights, our wipes progressed from "wow, who was the retard?" to "FUCK YOU DOOMFIRE FUCK YOUUUUUUU".
After the longest 1% ever (I swear, it was like, 30 seconds longer than 10->1%), we finally got one of the easiest, yet most unforgiving and far-too-random bosses down in WoW! Grats to all our raiders who showed up for any Archimonde attempts; your noble sacrifices (apart from airburst deaths) helped us overcome probably our toughest challenge since Vashj!
Killshots! Thanks to Talho (first two pics) and Snuffie!
Grats to~
Eternia (our ever-so-patient and awesome RL),
Steadyshot and Snuffie for T6 Helms
Cocochanel for Apostle of Argus (staff whore!!)
Talho for Midnight Chestguard
Here we come, Illidan!!
// The Wheel of Progression spins again
Y HARRO THAR!!
It's been quite a while since I've made a news post regarding our progression. My computer, other people leaving wow, and normal everyday drama took a toll on our raiding roster and we were forced to suck it up and kill Vashj / Kael some more, pre 2.4 super nerf.
BUT NOW I'M BACK (from outer space, just standing with that look upon my face)
AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENS (click for bigger, thanks Snuffie!)
Oh yea, we killed Shade of Akama a few weeks ago, but meh. The real news is that we're back and have enough geared people (and non-nubs!) to smash Teron on our first "real" attempt (3 pokes @ 11:30pm doesn't count!!)
Grats to those who got loot, and thanks to those who stuck around! It's only going to get better!!
Also, 60% Archi. Oh god I hate myself I'm going to slam my nuts in a car door brb
